We plan on eating about every three hours a day or three main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)and snacks in between as per to the needs of the clients .We follow strict diet plans prescribed by the client’s dietician. Preparation of meals is done to fit their lifestyle by keeping it healthy and we follow a nutritionally balanced preparation.
